As part of our school improvement work Glyn helped us to identify very specifically where our areas of improvement were and as a team devise solutions to help address those areas. The support also helped to galvanise our staff; working together towards our ultimate goal of being an Outstanding School. His professional and approachable manner made staff feel comfortable during a difficult time of transition and development.
