Our courses offer a structured progression from complete beginner through to competent practitioner and will provide you with the vital tools that you will need to make a real performance difference and deliver a solid return on investment.
So whether you’re looking to launch a brand new improvement programme, looking to top up the skills of your team or looking for an advanced programme of lean tuition, then we have the solution.
We’re also very proud that our training is accredited by Cardiff University’s Lean Competency System (LCS).
LCS is a lean qualifications framework created by the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University and used by organisations to support lean training programmes, facilities or academies and by employees and practitioners as a vehicle to develop their lean thinking knowledge and practical skills.
Accreditation supports the adoption of a continuous improvement culture and provides assurance that the system is relevant, well structured, appropriately resourced and effectively delivered.
A typical course includes a mix of presentations, coaching and group exercises to maximise the opportunity for learning with over 50% using hands on exercises, games and simulations.
